RE: Signage
Dear Ms. Crear:
In 1987, a permit was issued for the main sign on the property at 3701 Shoreline Drive. This is
the sign that Burnet has been using. Since 1987, more signage has been added to the property
without City approval.
With the departure of Burnet from the building, it seems like a good time to bring the property
into compliance with the Zoning Code. Please take an inventory of the existing signage and
apply for permits for the signage you wish to keep. The City will need to l:now the square
footage of the signs. Please contact Jeanne Mabusth or myself if you have any questions. It was
also not�d tnat a ae���syar�?r box l,,a.s beer.placed on the sidewalk. This is a violation and must be
removed.
