Dear Mr. Kenny:
Per your recent phone conversation with Ron Moorse,the City Administrator,you were advised that
the City will extend the moratorium on telecommunication towers and antennas for an additional
ninety days. The new expiration date for the moratorium will be March 24, 1997.
I have enclosed a copy of the memo and the ordinance extending the moratorium for your
information.
Per your request for application deadlines for upcoming 1997 Planning Commission meetings,the
Council at their December 9th meeting will adopt the formal calendar for 1997. As soon as that is
finalized the City staff will develop the schedule for filing deadlines for all the scheduled Planning
Commission meetings for the next year. The 1997 schedule will also include Council meetings for
the 1997 calendar year.
