Cit� o� ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> • <br /> NO. 1426 <br /> • - • • <br /> V-'�� " `�` A RESOLUTION APPROVING r ii�� ���'rr{� }•k.;,: <br /> AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT '�<��= �,,.r�;, ���.� <br /> Sp`.r <br /> WITH ROBERT HARDING �J��D�i� .� <br /> ME'D <br /> WHEREAS, the City is proposing construction of certain <br /> utility and street improvement projects in the Navarre area, knowr�y, <br /> as projects 82-1 and 82-2; and �� <br /> WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the above improvQrnent <br /> projects, the City must acquire right of way easements to a portion <br /> of a property owned by Robert Harding as contract for deed vendee, <br /> Gary B. Nelson as contract for deed vendor/vendee , and Ronald E. <br /> Kullberg and Audrey J. Kullberg, fee owners and contract for deed <br /> vendors, (hereinafter "owners") . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to enter into the attached agreement with the owners <br /> for purposes of 'acquisition of the necessary eas�ments and compensa- <br /> tion of the owners therefore. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the Ci-ty of Orono, Minnesota at a <br /> regular meeting on the 13 day of ' October , 1982 , by a vote of <br /> 3 Ayes and 0 Nays. . <br /> _._� <br /> c��� C'� �,�' � <br /> � <br /> William B.
