Signs: • Any signs to be removed? • If so, list how many and square footage 4. Erosion Control Plan: . If the sign construction involves land disturbance(grading, excavating, filling), the applicant must comply with City Code Section 79-7(c)(1). APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: • This is only an application for a permit. I WILL NOT erect the sign until I have received the permit. I understand a double fee will be charged for any sign erected prior to obtaining a permit. Incomplete applications will not be processed; • Violation of City Ordinances is a misdemeanor.
