With that said, Mike will no longer doing the plumbing for the salon. All my contractor has been cancelled and if you had issues with their liability and workmen comp. They are listed on the website of the Dept. of Labor. Paul and I had a verbal agreement since last year about the building and to date, Paul has not signed commercial lease with me. I have accommodated all the changes in the process. 1. Suppose to be 3200 sq.feet to 2900 sq. feet. 2. Harassing my contactors 3. Changing the layout of the building...over and over 4. Removal of the exteriors awning and Ip siding and the processing of painting-- 5. All the permits, engineering and Artectical fee's 6. As a tenant I can do any color, design, lightening to the place to improve the building but you had people interfere with even the colors of my salon 7. I have helped you out financially through-out the year. You even want me to bring up the electrical code and the heating and A/C for the building. Beside the fire sprinklers for the building. The improvement cost allowance of 45K, that I was supposed to take in rent and installments in November has been moved a few times because after speaking with your contractor Tom and Eric that it's the building owner responsibility for the sprinkler system. So your improvement cost to my space is going to code issues and you want me to pay for these. All the improvements so far has been 30-40K which has come out of my pocket and you have not put a dime into your building. Except to complain about the dusts, garbage, and harassed my contractor's. I am pulling out and walking away from everything. I have my materials in the building that I will like to move to get credit, since I bought them. Before I made this decision, I thought we had iron all this out Sunday but because we didn't meet to do more talking you told your guys, I broke the contract and told me to get out. Not you telling me but the people you hired. If you are not going to work with me in letting me in the building to take the remaining of the materials. I will go to the police and they can help escort me. I will return the key to you then as well. Lauren 1 l
