RE: 3596 Shoreline Dr, Fence
I spoke with Lisa Larson today RE the fence between the subject property and the
residential property to the east, as required by the resolution No 6561, condition #8.
The fence is to be installed 18 inches in from the existing fence line, on the property
line. Larson and Paul Johncox„ property owner, will visit with the neighboring property
owner RE the existing vegetation, which consists of mainly volunteer trees grown into
the chain-link fence. If the neighboring property owner is agreeable, the fence and
some of the tree may be removed.
