• Dimensions of sign(s)
• Structural drawings, shown in 3 dimensions(including footings)
2. To scale drawing of the sign location, including all the following:
• North direction and scale
• Location of structures on the lot(and dimensions)
• Street Names
• Existing sign inventory(location and size of existing signs)
3. Removed/Replaced Signs:
• Any signs to be removed?
• If so, list how many and square footage
4. Erosion Control Plan:
• If the sign construction involves land disturbance (grading, excavating, filling), the applicant must comply
with City Code Section 79-7(c)(1).
APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
• This is only an application for a permit. I WILL NOT erect the sign until I have received the permit. I understand a double fee
will be charged for any sign erected prior to obtaining a permit. Incomplete applications will not be processed;

Within the B and I districts, wall and monument signs are permitted subject to the
following regulations:
(1) B-1, B-2 and B-4: size. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts,the aggregate square
footage of sign space per lot shall not exceed the sum of one squaze foot for each
front foot of building,plus one square foot for each front foot of lot not occupied
by a building.No individual sign shall exceed 50 square feet.
(2) B-3: size. Within the B-3 district,the aggregate square footage of sign space per
lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of building,plus one
squaze foot per front foot of property not occupied by a building.No individual
sign surface shall exceed 100 square feet.
(3) I.• Within the I District, signs shall be pernutted according to the regulations in
section 78-832.
(4) B-1, B-2 and B-4: height. Within the B-1, B-2 and B-4 districts,no sign shall
extend in height more than two feet above the highest outside wall or parapet of
any principal building,nor shall any sign be located closer than ten feet from any _
property line; except that any sign over ten square eet may pro�ect two feet into
any required yard area from the principal building.

(5) B-3 and I.• height. Within any B-3 or l district,no sign shall extend in height more
than six feet in height above the highest outside wall or pazapet of any principal
