A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO
WENDY DANKEY
FOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AS
A MEMBER OF THE ORONO CITY COUNCIL

WHEREAS, Wendy Dankey has served this community with dedication and distinction for two ''i

years as a Inember of the City Council; and irl
WHEREAS, her years of service have been marked by exemplary dedication to the best interests
of the community; and
WHEREAS, she has earned the admiration and high regard of those with whom she has worked;
and
WHEREAS, the performance of her duties and responsibilities as a member of the City Council
has been characterized by excellent and constructive contributions to the community, and �
WHEREAS, Wendy is now retiring from her position as City Council Member. i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono does
hereby express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Wendy Dankey for her distinguished service to "
the community and does also highly commend her for the manner in which she has carried out her duties J
i and responsibilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby extend to Wendy Dankey
best wishes far continued success in her future endeavors, and encourages her to remain active in the
community.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this lOr� day of
December, 2018.
