A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE 2008
GO STREET RECONSTRUCTION BOND FUND
WHEREAS,the 2008 GO Street Reconstruction Bond Fund Bond Fund was established
to service the debt on the 2008 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the 2008 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds have been refunded and paid in
full by the 2016 GO Refunding Bonds; and
WHEREAS,the fund balance of the 2008 debt service fund is needed for the debt
service of the 2016 GO Refunding Bonds;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2008 GO Street Reconstruction
Bond Fund be closed and that the remaining equity in the fund be transferred to 2016 GO
Refunding Bond Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held
December 10, 2018.
