I have referred your request to the appropriate department, Public Works, and to the attention of the City Engineer. Mabusth, Building & Zonin� Administrator Date: February 14, 1991 Subject: Review of Water Units/Rates for Multg IIse Commercia 1 Structure - ( 3380, 3382, 3384, 3386 Shoreline D�ve) Jimmy Holtz of Jimmy's Lounge (3380 Sha�reline Drive) has asked the City to review the water units c�arged against the multi use building because he feels the chargs excessive. Staff has been advised that Mr. Holtz pays 40� of t�e total bill. The building has one meter. One of the owners of the building, JamesNfacKinnon, has been advised of Mr. Holtz's request. MacKinnon ha� stated that he has no problem with the City reviewing this matte� Please let me know if you need additior�.I. information from the inspection staff regarding current uses w�hin structure. cc: Tom Kuehn, Finance Director
