Re: Deck Construction - 3480 Shoreline Drive, Orono
Dear Mr. Scott:
It has come to the attention of this department that a deck has been constructed on your property
at 3480 Shoreline Drive in Orono. This letter is to inform you that a building permit is required
for deck construction in the City of Orono.
Please fill out the enclosed permit application and return it with two sets of plans and a
certificate of survey before March 1, 1993. If this deadline is not met, the City may issue a
citation. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, feel free to
contact me at my office.

RE: Deck Construction -�480 Shoreline Drive
Dear Mr. Scott:
On February 11, 1993 this office notified you of building permit requirements for a deck that
has been constructed on your property at 3480 Shoreline Drive in Orono. As of this date, a
building permit application has not been submitted and the deck has not been removed.
This letter is to require you to remove the deck or apply for a building permit before April 29,
1993. If this deadline is not met, the City will issue citations and refer the matter to the Ciry
Attomey's office for further legal action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
my office.
