Dear Sirs:
Recent construction by new tenants of your building at 3465 Shoreline Drive in Orono have required
building pernuts. A review of the applications revealed the lack of a handicap pazking spot on the
property. It was called out as a requirement in the projects but was never installed because, I
assume, the tenants consider it to be the building owner's responsibility as does the City.
Enclosed is a copy of Minnesota State Code on handicap pazking requirements. Please bring the
property into compliance as soon as possible. If you have any questions or if I can assist you in any
