Tim,
The Minnetonka Mud Cafe, located at 3465 Shoreline Drive, was issued a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on
May 22, 1995 to operate a Class I Restaurant, copy of resolution 3562 is attached. If changes to the existing
CUP are desired, the applicants must apply for a new CUP. The CUP application has a $700 application fee
(non-refundable) and involves two meetings: a planning commission meeting, where a public hearing is held,
and a council meeting. This process usually takes approximately 3 months. If you would like to discuss your
proposal in more detail, I recommend you meet with us to discuss specific application requirements and plan

Unfortunately we are withdrawing our request to amend the conditional use permit for the
proposed Lachine restaurant. Could you please send the $1400 payment back to me? Also,
could you please mail it to my Minnetonka home (not the address listed on the
