If changes to the existing CUP are desired, the applicants must apply for a new CUP. The CUP application has a $700 application fee (non-refundable) and involves two meetings: a planning commission meeting, where a public hearing is held, and a council meeting. This process usually takes approximately 3 months. If you would like to discuss your proposal in more detail, I recommend you meet with us to discuss specific application requirements and plan details. Please call me to schedule a meeting.
