Hunziker Dunkley, Bennett & Christensen, PA Suite 700 701 4th Avenue South Minneapolis, MN 55415 Dear Mr. Hunziker: Thank you for faxing the copy of Court MacFarlane's letter of November 15, 1992. As I suspected, the City never received a copy of Court's original letter. I have copied John Gerhardson, Public Works Director for the City, as John would be the key staff person to deal with the concerns expressed in the November 15th letter. It would certainly seem beneficial if all parties with an interest in the use of the parking lot meet to discuss the issues raised and how any modifications to the design and use of the parking lot may impact the City's needs and obligations. Once again, your contact person would be John Gerhardson and he will be in contact with you as soon as he has familiarized himself with your specific concerns. Sincerely, .- . L - Jeanne A.
