Sketch (or survey)of the site, including all the following: • North direction and scale • Location of structures on the lot(and dimensions) • Street Names • Amount of road frontage • Placement of proposed sign • Existing sign inventory(location and size of existing signs) 3. Erosion Control Plan: • If the sign construction involves land disturbance (grading, excavating,filling), the applicant must comply with City Code Section 79-7(c)(1).
