That would be the "vacant lot" on the corner of Shoreline and Kelly Avenue. It would make sense that it has an address since there used to be a gas station there. I couldn't find a street file for it. I looked at these files. What is in 3421 (liquor store)pertains to 3421. Nothing in 3423 (post office)pertains only to 3423. The sign permit should be in��45,the resolution in ��5. Most of what is in 3425 (auto parts) pertains to 3425 but some to 3405.
