Dear Mr. Hinziker:
On 1-14- 91 Building permit # 3508 was issued to Court
MacFarlane of Courtland Real Estate Services for Germ-Tom
Partnership. The permit was issued for the expansion of one
tenant and the moving of two others. The expansion of Mr-
Diovies added more floor area which increased the occupant load to
a Ievel that requires exit doors to swing in the direction of
travel. The remodeling and move has been completed for months
now. But the exit doors have not been changed.
I am writing this letter to inform you that these exit doors
must be enlarged to 3' 0" and made to swing out before 5-13-91.
If this deadline is not met, citations will be issued. The
store will not be allowed to open and the matter referred to the
City Attorney for further legal action.
