Hi Cathy,
Attached is a full size photo of the Zinnia building (3418 Shoreline Drive) as well as a proof of the sign project with
location of the sign superimposed. Below are answers to your questions.
1. Structure will be screwed into existing stringers
2. Located above Shingling (see proof)
3. Hung a bit below roof
4. No Lighting
5. Material is 1/8"Thick Alumcore (Aluminum face with Coroplast Core) and Vinyl Graphics applied to it
6. Length of Building is 130' feet
7. Lakeshore Interior Sign is 3'x18'AND American Family 3'x8'

3416 Shoreline Drive (Tennant 3418 Shoreline Drive)
This letter is regarding the sign permit application received on July 8, 2011 for new signage proposed on
the building addressed 3416 Shoreline Drive. Our review indicates that your application is incomplete.
The following items must be submitted in order for your application to be considered complete and for the
plan review to continue:
1. Structural Drawings. Show how the sign will be attached to the building. Show where the sign
will be located on the building. Will it be even with the building or extend higher than the
building? Is there any lighting?
2. Sign Materials. Provide more information on the materials proposed for the sign. I am not sure
what"Metal with Vinyl" means.
3. Sketch (or survey) of the site. Show the amount of road frontage for the property and the
location of the structure, also including north direction and scale of sketch (or sunrey). Submit an
existing sign inventory(location and size)for the entire building.
