Robert Bennett has made application f_or the above license, They
have rented part af the Ecklund Bu.ilding f.o:r the purpose of operating
a Mexican restaurant. This is part of the area formerly enti.rel_y
Country Carpets. They have obtained a hui].ding permit to partition
the area off. Since no new structur.e i.s involved and this is
merely a change from one permitted use to another in this area (Bl) ,
I issued it.
This license should ga to Counci:� for a�proval.
