Germ-Tom Partnership has awned this shopping center since 1987. Our Property Manager, Court Macfarlane, has complained ta your Department an three separate occasions regarding the sinking manhole cover in the city parking lot behind aur building. It is my understanding that at least one of our tenants has filed a complaint with your Departmsnt regardang this ongoing problem, as it poses a real danger#or injury to people and/or vehicles traversing the parking lot. On behalf of the Partnership and our tenants 1 respectfully request that your Department take a iook at this situation and remedy it as soon as possible.
