Subject: Permit Refund
Please refund a portion of the fee for Permit #008442 , issued October 4, 1996 for work to be
done at 3360 Shoreline Drive, to Pump and Meter Service, Inc. for a job that was awarded to
another contractor after the permit was issued. The Building Code allows for 80% of the building
permit fee to be refunded when no work has been done under the permit. The State Surcharge
fees are not refundable
$312.50 x 80% _ $250.00
Please issue a refund in the amount of$250.00 to:

On 10/4/96 Pump & Meter obtained permit #008442 to
remove and replace tanks at Navarre Amoco, 3360
Shoreline Drive, Navarre, MN 55392 . Since we obtained
this permit the job was awarded to another company so
therefor Pump & Meter Service, Inc . will not be doing
project .
We are requesting that we be refunded $325 . 00, the cost
of the permit . I will look forward to your response .
