Dear Brian:
This letter is in follow-up to our discussion onsite at the John Thysell property at 2070
Shoreline Drive, tax parcel number 15-117-23-21-0005. As per our discussion, the
buckthorn and dead underbrush may be removed from the shoreline area. The existing
trees must be kept intact to prevent any further damage to the root systems. The trees
may be trimmed for appearance but may not be "topped" for sake of a lake view.
The root system of all the vegetation must remain intact for stabilization purposes. If the
owner is planning on rip rapping the shoreline then the Lake Minnetonka Conservation
District must be consulted. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact
