This plan does not meet our standards. Your <br /> project is more than simply removing and replacing a patio and walls in-kind. I will need you to have the contractor's <br /> proposed plan drawn on an updated survey with existing and proposed topographic contours, as well as a hardcover <br /> survey for the entire property.
