• A document outlining frequently asked questions relating to boat storage.
• An excerpt from LMCD Code Section 2.02,which is also found in its entirety
on the LMCD web site at http://www.lmcd.orq/qaaes/Chapte�l.htm.
• An educational flyer to help you define your dock use area.
Re-inspection of your site is planned in 2009 and beyond. Since you have not brought your
site into voluntary compliance with LMCD Code,any further violations will require me to
turn this matter over to the LMCD prosecuting attomey. Re-inspections will begin in June.
Please give me a call at 952-745-0789,so that we may review findings as they relate specifically to
your property.
