The septic system is non-compliant due to a lack of a three foot sepazation distance beriveen the bottom of the drainfield to the seasonally high watertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code,not a City Code. A soil boring was conducted to deternune the depth of the seasonally �vatertable. The sepric system must be replaced by December 31,2007.
