Note that there is no tax parcel associated with this address, nor is there a PINS number. The LLFD needed an address to use so Xcel could bill them for electricity. It's really just a billing address and probably something we don't even have to keep track of, but since it's an address that could somehow be questioned, I thought we should have it recorded somewhere. It has to be on some piece of land with an ID—although I got in an "argument"one day with a guy who told me not every piece of land is associated with an ID because the water has receded or something like that.
