Here is the document. It is a generic word processing format so you should be able to open it even if you don't
have Word. Please review it for errors, especially the legal description. I based it on one from an old document in
the file. If the legal description is correct and there are no other errors, print it out, fili in the dates and sign it
before a notary. The plumbing contractor should submit it when they apply for the plumbing permit. (We will fill in
the permit number at that time.)
(If more convenient you may sign it at City offices between 8 and 4:30 M-F for no charge.)
I reviewed the home occupation regulations again. You could hold art classes in the studio but a home
occupation license would be required.

DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
THIS DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS (the "Declaration"), is
made this;s f day of O��c h-�►�" , a c�,� , by the undersigned parties, representing
all of the owners in fee of the land hereinafter described, lying in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, Maria Luisa Cornejo and William D. McCloskey are the fee owners of real
property legally described as Lots 22 and 23, "Ora Park"on Lake Minnetonka and that part of
Lake Street lying between the extensions of the side line of said Lots 22 and 23 and between the
front lines of said lots and the Northwesterly line of the Right of Way of County Road No. 15
(formerly known as County Highway No.7), Hennepin County Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, property owners have applied to the City of Orono for Permit No.
to install a toilet, hand sink and utility sink in an accessory structure; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned parties desire to impose upon and subject said land to
certain covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations for the benefit of said land and its
present and future owners;
NOW,THEREFORE,the undersigned parties hereby declare, impose upon, create and
establish the following covenants, conditions and restrictions upon the property:
1. PROHIBITION ON USES.
A. The accessory structure containing the toilet and sinks shall not be used as
dwelling unit or guest house.
B. No shower or bathtub shall be installed in the accessory structure.
2. RUN WITH THE LAND. The covenants and restrictions set forth in this
Declaration shall run with the land, shall be recorded with Hennepin County against the title to
the land, and shall he binding upon and inure to the benefit of the City and the Declarants named

who shall become the owner of the land.
