MCWD Rules require notice to <br /> all property owners within 600'of the proposed permitted area as a courtesy,in the event that there <br /> are any questions or concerns. � <br /> 16-310: Alan and Anne Nettles have applied for a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit for <br /> Erosion Control and Dredging at 1940 Shoreline Drive in the City of Orono. The project proposes to <br /> remove 83 cubic yards of sediment. This has been determined to be the lowest impact solution to <br /> maintain historic navigation. The project area is in Smith Bay of Lake Minnetonka. <br /> Individuals with questions or concerns regarding this permit may contact Rachel Workin at <br /> 952-641-4518 or rworkin@minnehahacreek.org. <br /> Interested parties may request that a public hearing on this permit application be scheduled <br /> before the MCWD Board of Managers.
