Dear Mr. Gibbs,
My daughter,Jill, received the attached letter from your office. Please be advised that she lives in the
residence at 1930 Shoreline Drive.
In your letter,you state that your office "...has received a complaint about the renting of dock space." I
would be very interested in finding out who made this formal complaint but am quite certain that you
would not provide that information.
Nonetheless, please be advised that Jill does not rent dock space. She has provided space for her friends
to use their boats. Please correct me if I am mistaken, but I am not aware of any city ordinance
restricting that activity.
If you need any additional information or have any additional concerns, please forward your requests to
me.

; I am writing in regards to your above described property in Orono.This OfFice has received a Complaint
� about the renting of dock space. I noticed three similarly sized watercraft�tied/moored to the dock. This
is an indication that dock sp��e is potentially being rented.
The City of Orano's Municipal Code daes not allow for the renting of dock space. If you are renting da�k
space please discontinue the pra�ctice. If this Office receiues any additional complaints regarding this,
further investigation wi11 be made.
