The on-site sewage treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the categories checked below. The septic system is a compliant system, meazung it meets all or most current City and State Standards. Enclosed is a list of licensed contractors who work in Orono on a regular basis. This list is enclosed simply for your reference in case your septic system needs maintenance in the future. Also enclosed is a fact sheet explaining your septic system and how it functions.
