The owner of the property at 1910 Shoreline Dr., Orono, Dr. Majid Fehresti, agrees to replace the buckthorn and the one tree he will remove with woody shrubs and one new tree similar in size to the one he will remove, somewhere along the shoreline of his property such that it will not block his view of the lake. The removal of the buckthorn and one tree will be removed this winter and the woody shrubs and new tree would be installed next spring when the weather permits.
