Dear Chris & Melanie,
When I picked up the building permit for 1910 Shoreline Drive on 9/12/12 I gave you a
check in the amount of$9,921.75 for the building permit and another check for
$20,440.00 for the sewer connection fee. I asked if these monies were refundable if the
Fehresti's (owners) did not build on the property or were not allowed to build for
whatever reason. Both Chris Mattson and Willy, the building inspector who was standing
nearby, said that all monies would be refunded if the property was not built on except far
the monies previously paid for the plan review.
I have written this letter to confirm my understanding. If the aforementioned is incorrect,
please notify Smuckler Custom Builders, Inc. in writing at your earliest convenience.
