I asked if these monies were refundable if the <br /> Fehresti's (owners) did not build on the property or were not allowed to build for <br /> whatever reason. Both Chris Mattson and Willy, the building inspector who was standing <br /> nearby, said that all monies would be refunded if the property was not built on except far <br /> the monies previously paid for the plan review. <br /> I have written this letter to confirm my understanding.
