By the way, we cannot issue permits for any accessory structures until the principal structure has passed the framing inspection stage (this is how we handle docks, for instance), and since we have issued a demo permit for the existing house, we won't be issuing a flagpole permit until the new house has passed its framing inspection. Also, be aware that if you have a dock now, it must be covered under an agreement(see attached) or it will have to be removed when the existing house comes down...
