POTENTIAL FOR SYSTEM FAILURE: (system age and condition, soils, etc.) : madium COMMENTS: In order to confirm that your septic system meets Minnesota standards, soil borings were performed to verify a 3 foot separation between the drainfield and the seasonal water table. The separation is 0 feet and the system is non-compliant.
