Pat Schumacher has applied for a wetland boundary&type confirmation for the wetlands located at
1760 Shoreline Drive(PID 1011723140017) in the City of Orono,Hennepin County,Minnesota. Legal
description: Section 10,Township 117N,Range 23 W.The boundary&type approval was requested ;
July 24"',2017.
A wetland delineation was conducted by ISG on July 6`h,2017.A complete delineation report and WCA
application were submitted to MCWD on July 24��', 2017. One wetland was delineated within the project
area.Wetland A was identified as a Type 2,3,6,fresh(wet)meadow,shallow mat•sh, shrub-carr
wetland. Wetland A is also identified as an Unnamed DNR Public Water Wetland(27086600). Smith
Bay of Lake Minnetonka is located to the south of the parcel,directly across Shoreline Drive.
The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.
2. APPLICATION REVTEW AND DECISION
