Hi Lyle,
I would like to request for a permit extension on Permit#2013-00895.We applied for this permit in September of 2013 and were planning to start the
project.The project got put on hold due to some medical issues in the family.Would you please grant us an extension on this permit?Let me know what if
that would be possible and if we need to do anything on our part.
