Principal Meridian, said strip of land having a uniform xidth of 60.00 feet and bounded on thc
east by the shore of Lake Minnetonka and on the xest by the shore of Mud or Round Lake (so-
c:alled). T�e northerly line of vhich said 60.00 foot strip of land is deacribed as follows:
Beginning at a point 585.84 feet southeasterly measured along a line which bears South 10
deqrees East from the meander corner of the Northeast corner of said Governwent Lot l; thence
North 67 deyrees 48 minutes East a distance of 19.3 feet more or less to the ahore of Lake
Minnetonka; thence South 67 degrees 48 minutes Weat a distance of 207.27 feet more or less r.o

strip being a line parallel with and 60.00 feet southerly from and measured at a right anyle
