This will confirm in the field the lines established on your survey of March 21, 2002. This survey work was done prior to the design of their home. We walked the site with Paul Weinburger prior to the staking, and he reviewed and approved the site following the staking. This survey was then used as the basis for the building permit. Our firm was not involved in any of the landscape work. However, my understanding is that the City of Orono and the landscape contractor are at odds over the placement of some hard surface walls, etc. I suggested to the Owners that staking the lines in the field would make the extent of the issue clearer. They concurred. You can invoice us at the usual address, we will pay you and they will reimburse us. You felt you could get to the work in approximately 1 to 1 '/z weeks.
