To Whom It May Concern:
On May 8, 1998,a demolition permit was issued to remove a house that was destroyed by fire at the
referenced property. On October 6, 1998 a building permit was issued to rebuild. The home is now
framed up with insulation just beginning. At this point the house is uninhabitable. When the house
is completed the City will issue a Certificate of Occupancy before the owners are allowed to move
