Lisa Dayton has applied for a wetland boundary & type confirmation for the wetlands located
at 1205 and 1255 Shoreline Drive in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Legal
description: Section 2, Township 1187, Range 23W. The boundary&type approval was
requested June 27th, 2016. The request is anticipation of future development of the property.
A wetland delineation was conducted by ISG on May 25t", 2016. A complete delineation report
and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on June 27th, 2016. Two wetlands were
delineated on the property. Wetland A and B were identified as Type 3, Shallow Marsh
wetlands. A small portion of Wetland B was unable to be flagged due a locked high fence.
The boundaries will be reviewed in the field by MCWD staff.

Lisa Dayton is planning future improvements to the residential properties at 1205 and 1255 Shoreline Drlve in the City of
Orono. Future improvements to the property include the removal of asphalt and replacement of natural vegetation.A wetland
investigation was completed on May 25,2016 to accurately identify any wetland areas onsite so that they can be lncorporated
into plans for future improvements to the property. Please see attached report for site and wetland descriptions.

❑Deltneation Concurrence, Concurrence with a delineation is a written notification from the Corps and a decision from the LGU
concurring,not concurring,or commenting on the boundaries of the aqua#ic resources delineated on the property. Delineation
concurrences are generally valid for five years unless site conditions change.Under this request alone,the Corps will not address
the jurisdictional status of the aquatic resources on the property,only the boundaries of the resources within the review area
