Lake Minnetonka (27-133) , Lafayette Bay (#25) ,
Hennepin County
Dear Mr. Roelofs:
Our file for this permit application has been in a pending
status since 12/11/91 awaiting additional information
which was requested from you (through your authorized
agent, Marine Environmental Services) on that date. We
requested: 1) updated cross-sections of the proposed
excavation, 2) statements from the adjoining landowners
indicating their understanding of the proposed project and
permission to work on their property, and 3) a map
indicating the disposal site for the excavation.
Since we have never received the required information, we
assume you are no � longer interested in pursuing this
project. Unless we hear from you to the contrary within
30 days, we will administratively withdraw your permit
application #90-6064 . Any future work below the ordinary
high water (OHW) elevation of 929.4' for Lake Minnetonka
would require the submittal of a new permit application. �

Dear Mr. Roelofs:
As agreed in our October 9, 1991 telephone discussion, we will keep
your permit application for navigation excavation in a pending
status for one year. We understand you do not believe there is an
immediate need for excavation now that the lake level is up, but
wish to monitor the situation a little longer. As I explained, we
cannot keep an application in a pending status indefinitely,
however, we can discuss your options further in a year.
