I received the survey and it looks acceptable from an "existing conditions"standpoint unless there are additional pieces of
information hat should be shown — i.e. sewer manholes, culverts, easements, etc. One question though, does the home
on the adjacent lot have any structure extending further toward the lake than what is shown? I'm asking for average
lakeshore setback reasons.

Melanie, attached is a revised survey that we completed for Brian Pergament. According to Brian, he submitted a survey
we previously did and it was rejected because of a lack of overlapping topography. If you could, please review our
revised survey showing contours and 50 ft overlap into adjacent properties. If it looks good, I will send it out again to
Brian, otherwise, let me know if you require anything else to help get his approvals. Thanks.
