We are unable to complete this review for <br /> the following reasons: <br /> 1. The site plan is missing the following information: <br /> a. The source of the information (i.e. based on a survey by ? dated ?) <br /> b. The location of the 100 year flood (931.5) on the property and the source <br /> of the topographic information. <br /> c. The elevation of the grade in the crawl space <br /> 2. Because the cost of this remodeling will exceed 50 percent of the value of the <br /> structure the entire house federal floodplain regulations (reflected in Orono code <br /> section 78-1136) require the entire house be brought into compliance with the <br /> floodplain regulations. This will require the lowest floor level (including the <br /> grade in the crawl space) to be raised to 932.5. Please submit plans showing <br /> how this will be accomplished. <br /> 3. Within 15 feet of the house the grade must be no lower than 931.5.
