Copy of inspection record is attached. Also an as-built survey is required. We continue to hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the additional/remodel project. In order to begin the process to release the escrow, a final re-inspection must be called for and pass; and submittal of an as-built survey is required so we may verify conformance with approved permit plans. Once our engineer determines the property conforms to the approved building permit plans, approved grading plan, etc. your escrow can be refunded.
