HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe: access to lots c. Melanie Curtis From: Melanie Curtis Sent: Friday, January 04, 2013 3:20 PM To: 'Chet Masserano' Cc: Frank Masserano Subject: RE: Access Letter- Delaney Property Chet & Frank— We met recently regarding the two Delaney properties one with no address assigned (PID 20-117-23-11-0032) and one addressed 2465 Shadywood Road. You inquired whether the City would allow the property without an address access off of Kelly Avenue when/if it is developed in the future. Subject to the performance standards regarding driveways, the City will allow the property without an address access off of Kelly Avenue. Because there are wetlands along the Kelly Avenue frontage permits for wetland filling or alteration would likely be required from the City and from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
