project at a recent visit to the City office. Please make arrange-
ments ta come into the City office to sign--o£f on the original
resolution prior to the Council meeting on December 12, 1983.
We have no record of an address for Daniel A. & Helen M. Dougherty
who must also sign that same =esolution; please advise them of the
scheduled Counci]. action on ]�ecember 12, 1983 and the need far their
signatures on the above r�3f�.renced resolution. r� �

condition of the approval of the setback variancea, by all persons
with interest in the subject progerty before December 15, 1983.

have also examined the legal deecription to tax parcel
17-117-23-44-40i3 under which you have been paying taxes.
Both of these description$ make reference to e point 127. 6
fee� North o� County Road 1�.
I have examined a survey furniahed by the City of Orono and
it ehows that the power pole aite at the point 12?.6 feet
North of Count�r Road 15 at the Northwest corner of Koehnen's
property. Mr . Koehnen does not have title North of this
power pole and you xere pa�rin� taxes as far South as the
poxer pole.
