A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE
CARMAN BAY LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS,The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District has adopted its 2019 budget and taac
levy; and
WHEREAS,The district has forwarded the assessment roll to the City for approval;and
WHEREAS,Hennepin County requires the City to approve the assessment roll for certification
to the property tax rolls.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as
follows:
That the Hennepin County Special Assessment Division is hereby authorized to place the costs
totaling$20,400, on the 2018 property tax rolls,payable in 2019.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,this 8th day of October,2018.
