Dear Ms. Reina:
On July.14, 1993 this office notified you of the City's home occupation ordinance and required .
you to cease operation of the business or file for a home occupation license. As of this date,
you have failed to comply. Therefore you leave the City no alternative but to initiate legal
proceedings. The City will withhold action until August 5, 1993. If this deadline is not met,
the City will proceed with a formal complaint. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
me at my office.
