JUNR CARS, FURNITDRE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or store any unlicensed, unregistered. or inoperable motor vehicle lacking essential parts , household furnishings or appliances , or parts or ccmpanents tnereof, on any property, public or private, unless :�ouse� within a lawfLlly erected building. Any violation of this Section is declared. to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owr�er, a.s shown by tne T-ecords ;n the office of the County F�i1�� :`_or , eL private premises on which such material is feund, the City may r.emcve the sarne and certify the cost of such remova 1 as any other specia 1 assessmer_t. For the purpose of. this Section , an inoperable motcr vet��icle shall be defined as lacking, including but not limite�i tc, parts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train, battery, or having tF�o or more flat tires, or having the interior, including the driver's position, used for storage in such a manr�er that no perscn can operate the vehicle. Subd. 2. Grass and Lti'eed�. The owner or occupant of every lot or oarcel shall reg��larly cut or otherwise maintain all grass ar�d weeds thereon at a heignt of not more than six ( 6i inches. Please take action to comp�y with the above crdinance rea,uirement ( s ) by 4[22/96 A follow-up inspection will be made at that time to verify compliance .
